Pre-school Manager, Designated Safeguarding Lead, SENDCo, Early Years Practitioner and Key Carer

Kelly joined Little Fingers in September 2018 and has worked in childcare since 2015. She has since progressed to become our Pre-school Manager and is at the setting from Monday to Friday and is Key Carer for the Orange Monkeys.

Kelly holds a Level 5 Lead Practitioner qualification and a Level 3 Diploma for the Early Years Workforce. She is also our Designated Safeguarding Lead and Special Educational Needs and Disabilities Coordinator (SENDCo).

Her additional qualifications include Level 4 Safeguarding, Paediatric First Aid and Food Hygiene. Kelly is a highly experienced and dedicated Early Years Practitioner who is committed to creating a happy, nurturing and inclusive environment in which every child can thrive.

Early Years Practitioner & Key Carer

Leanne joined the Little Fingers family in 2026 and works with us from Monday to Friday as a Key Carer for our Purple Owls group.

She holds a CACHE Level 3 NVQ in Children’s Care, Learning and Development and is trained in safeguarding, paediatric first aid and early years practice. Leanne is passionate about creating a warm, caring environment where every child feels happy, secure and supported as they learn and develop.

Early Years Practitioner and Key Carer

Chelsie joined Little Fingers in September 2014 as an apprentice and has been a valued member of our team ever since. After completing her Level 2 qualification, she went on to achieve her CACHE Level 3 Diploma in Early Years Workforce.

Chelsie works at Little Fingers from Tuesday to Thursday and is the Key Carer for our Green Frogs group. She also holds a Level 4 Safeguarding qualification, together with certificates in Paediatric First Aid and Food Hygiene.

Play Assistant

Susan has been a much-loved member of the Little Fingers family since 2006. She works with us on Tuesdays and Thursdays, bringing many years of experience, warmth and enthusiasm to the setting.

Susan holds a CACHE Level 3 Diploma in Early Years Workforce and is trained in safeguarding and paediatric first aid. She enjoys helping every child feel happy, secure and confident as they learn through play.

Play Assistant

Carla works at Little Fingers on Mondays and Wednesdays and has been a valued part of our preschool family since 2012.

She brings warmth, care and experience to the setting, helping to create a happy and nurturing environment in which every child can learn, play and thrive.

Carla is trained in safeguarding and holds a Paediatric First Aid qualification.

Finance and Administration Officer

Olivia has been part of the Little Fingers family since 2003 and manages the pre-school’s finance, administration and other essential behind-the-scenes work. She also serves as the setting’s Data Protection Officer and supports the committee with governance and safeguarding responsibilities.

Olivia holds a Paediatric First Aid qualification and works closely with the whole team to help ensure Little Fingers runs smoothly, safely and effectively.

Bank Staff

Lana has been part of the Little Fingers family since 2002 and is a familiar, trusted face within our preschool. As an experienced member of our bank staff, she provides valuable support and helps maintain a happy, nurturing environment for the children.

Lana holds a CACHE Level 3 Diploma in Childcare and Education and has completed Paediatric First Aid and Safeguarding training.
